Welcome to Namaz vaxtı, Dualar, Quran ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application available on Android and iOS.
Namaz vaxtı is an Islamic prayer times and supplications app designed to assist Muslim users with accurate daily prayer (Salat) times, Qibla direction, and Islamic prayers (Duas). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide accurate prayer times and app functionality.
2.1 Location Data
The App requests access to your device's location to:
• Calculate accurate daily Salat (prayer) times based on your geographic position
• Determine the Qibla (direction of Mecca) from your current location
• Display the correct Islamic calendar date for your region
Location data is processed locally on your device. We do not store or transmit your precise GPS coordinates to any external server. You may also manually enter your city or coordinates instead of using automatic location detection.
2.2 Device Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
• Device type and operating system version (Android/iOS)
• App version and crash/error logs for bug fixing
• Language and region settings for localization purposes
This information is used solely for maintaining app stability and improving user experience.
2.3 Information You Provide
If you manually set preferences such as prayer calculation method, Asr juristic method, or notification settings, this data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to us.
2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
• Your name, email address, or any account credentials
• Payment or financial information
• Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
• Browsing history or data from other apps
• Any sensitive personal information

3. How We Use Your Information
Any information collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
• Providing accurate Salat prayer times calculated for your location
• Displaying the correct Qibla direction
• Sending prayer time reminder notifications (if enabled by you)
• Improving app performance and fixing technical issues
• Ensuring compatibility across Android and iOS devices
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purposes.

4. Prayer Time Notifications
The App may request permission to send push notifications to alert you before or at each of the five daily prayer times (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha).
Notification permissions are entirely optional and can be granted or revoked at any time through your device settings. We do not use notifications to send marketing messages or third-party advertisements.

5. Data Storage and Security
All user preferences (prayer settings, notification preferences, chosen location) are stored locally on your device using standard mobile storage mechanisms (SharedPreferences on Android, NSUserDefaults on iOS).
We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Because data remains on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features such as screen lock, encryption, and operating system protections.
In the unlikely event that any anonymous usage data is transmitted (e.g., for crash reporting), it is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections.

6. Third-Party Services
The App may use limited third-party services to support functionality. These services have their own privacy policies:
6.1 Prayer Time Calculation
Prayer times are calculated using established Islamic astronomical algorithms (such as those defined by the Islamic Society of North America, Muslim World League, or similar authorities) processed entirely on-device. No external prayer time API transmits your location.
6.2 Analytics & Crash Reporting (if applicable)
We may use anonymous crash reporting tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics or similar) to detect and fix technical errors. These tools collect only anonymized, non-identifiable technical data and do not link crash reports to individual users.

6.3 App Distribution

Since most data is stored on your device, you can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's storage through your device settings.

Namaz vaxtı is designed for a global Muslim audience. If you are using the App from outside Azerbaijan, please be aware that any data handling complies with applicable local laws to the best of our ability.
For users in the European Union, we acknowledge the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data minimization approach — collecting only what is strictly necessary — aligns with GDPR principles by design.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or our practices. When we make significant changes, we will:
